How nice to come here and find the perfect recipe for fish tonight: Fish With Sizzling Olive Butter
It calls for a cup of olives, mixed: Kalamata, Castelvetrano, Moroccan or Picholine. I think I have a jar of every single one of those.
Arugula Salad with Fennel.
Kombucha: Cider-cherry.
Dessert: caramel apple with peanuts.

(81,715 posts)Have you ever made cabbage soup? Same ingredients without all the hassle. Instead of boiling cabbage leaves, chop them up & toss in pot with all the other goodies. Quick & easy.
Enjoy!

Enjoy!

(1,879 posts)It took a long time to chop all the vegetables (I used fresh tomatoes instead of canned). but it turned out well. Once that was done, it was speedy and hands-off, so I think it would make a good potluck dish.
Dessert is a dish of homemade applesauce made from apples we got at a local orchard today. https://pinchofyum.com/easy-instant-pot-applesauce

(1,994 posts)Steam-fried in sesame oil and veggie broth: chopped onion, scallions, celery, red bell pepper, sliced cabbage, sliced zucchini, sliced mushrooms, minced ginger and garlic. When done I added air-fried crispy tofu cubes, cooked whole wheat spaghetti ,Wegmans sesame-garlic stir fry sauce and gave it a good stir. Cheers!🥂

I made a big batch of the soup yesterday and canned 2 quarts. We had the leftover 'taster' jar tonight. The whole house smells very...French.
