And was starving after my last night very light dinner and early to bed hide from the world sleep.

Comfort food breakfast:
2 black bean/provolone & alfalfa sprouts organic corn tortillas, chips&salsa garnish
Cinnamon steel cut oatmeal
Coffee

It’s a mistake commonly made in our “profession.”

Toasted pumpernickel. Cream cheese. Red onion. Sliced cucumber. S & P.

Cherry tomatoes and basil in balsamic glaze.

Hot Earl Grey tea.

Might have a chocolate tapioca pudding if this isn’t enough.

I only get strawberries occasionally, though, because of pesticides. I have to get organic and they don't come around very often.

Maybe next season I will raise my own. I hear it's easy if you can keep the pests off them. I think Emile was saying he had a good crop?

Breakfast was coffee, tortilla roll up (cream cheese, raisins and a drizzle of honey) and a turkey, cheese and green onion quesadilla.
