Later this morning I'm planning on making scrambled egg with cheddar cheese, roasted tomato slice and the last buttered crumpet with hot tea.

2. Coffee with cream, now

Cinnamon swirl coffee cake and a banana.

3. Black coffee ☕ now. Later a toasted English muffin,

fried egg, ham, and cheese sandwich.

4. Homemade chicken breast sandwich.

Cottage cheese.

Mustard potato salad.

Sliced tomato.

Iced Pepsi.

5. Black coffee

I slept in this morning and missed the sunrise. It was very bright and cold out, near freezing.

There is no one but me up yet. I've drank all the coffee and will follow it with cold cereal and fruit.

I think it is almost oatmeal weather.

6. Grapefruit salad

Kiwi fruit, pineapple, and green ruffly lettuce. Citrus vinaigrette.

Toasted blueberry English muffin.

7. Mango-coconuts overnight oats with blackberries, almonds, coconut and honey.

8. How was it, was the mango freeze dried and the black berries fresh?

9. Mango not great, but didn't pretend to be ripe, puree ok;

black berries HUGE!
