Just picked up chicken at store.

You need to brine your chicken for at least an hour using dill pickle juice. Pickle juice is THE key ingredient for replicating that Chic-fil-A taste.

So I’m gonna brine them out of two almost empty bread butter containers I’ll dump breasts in large container and give it shot.

I saw it at the grocery store just a few days ago. It might have been on the shelf for years and I never noticed it before or it could be a brand new thing; all I know is that it's a new thing for me!

it calls for marinading the chix in buttermilk,
For about four hours.

I use regular milk with a tablespoon or so of pickle juice in it.

Brioche buns, make all the difference in the world with this sandwich. I recommend using.these.

I also use about a teaspoon of taco mix in the dipping sauce
