Posting early due to working late.

Stir-fried rice with shrimp.

I will stop by a Chinese restaurant on the way home and get a couple side dishes. Either that or the Farmer's Market and get some bok choy to stir fry as a side.

Working on garden clean out with the students, so very little time today, and I know I'll be too tired tonight. I think I've walked the length of a soccer field 4 times today, and it's barely 1:30 p.m.

2. Leftover beans and a salad

The ham beans seem tastier every day.

TJ had some plans for dinner involving rice and hot Italian sausage, but she is sleeping so I'm eating what is already available.

Ducky seems uninterested in food and is racing up and down the hall with his ball. He's growling and plunking it on the floor. I'm not sure TJ appreciates his play at the moment.

6. Leftover Lentil Vegetable Soup

Was plenty leftover from the day before. Also made a pan of jalapeño corn bread and had a slice of apple pie to celebrate the great Democratic wins on Tuesday. Cheers!🥂
