Poached salmon salad. It was a composed salad, and I also had chicken breast cubes cooked with herbs. Red tip lettuce, cherry tomatoes, peppers, red onion.
Homemade lemon vinaigrette.
Kombucha: blueberry basil.
Dessert: white cake with Greek yogurt and cherries.

(1,704 posts)Steam-fried in evoo and veggie broth: chopped onion, red bell pepper, sliced carrots, chopped broccolini, sliced mushrooms and minced garlic. When done I added Wegmans Italian sausage crumbles, oregano, basil and chopped parsley. I stirred in cooked brown rice and vegan butter and gave it a final toss. Homemade vegan parm on top after plating. Cheers!🥂
