I can’t believe I’m in bed fantasizing about that soup Irisblue posted a recipe for a few weeks ago. It was a vegetable soup.

Fortunately I saved the recipe but it would not be ready for breakfast.

Therefore I will have smoked salmon and cream cheese on a toasted English muffin. Red onion, capers.
