Comfort food 'cuz it's so cold here: Slice of turkey breast and whipped cauliflower, both covered with turkey gravy.
Steamed broccoli and sauteed red peppers with sesame sauce.
Kombucha: Pineapple-ginger.
Dessert: Hot chocolate. The RG ordered me a big supply of fair trade cocoa, so I plan to have it with marshmallows.

(1,778 posts)Made a 9x13 inch pan using my veganized recipe based on the original Moosewood Cookbook recipe. Its amazing how close my non dairy version tastes like the original. Had 2 big pieces. Also made a tomato salad with balsamic walnut dressing. Cheers!🥂
