My breakfast plan is have some of the leftovers and a pot of hot tea.

1. Black coffee ☕, and a toasted bagel with cream cheese.

Finally the weather is changing for warmer weather. The snow should be melting fast today with the high in the mid 50's.

My mom just called it opening the window for a short while

4. That's a great idea. Getting some fresh air in the house after

a long cold winter makes sense.

6. My mom would do similar, so I do it as well.

Turn the central heat down to 58, open 2 windows, put the timer on for 15 minutes and pit an extra sweater on.

7. Great idea. I been burning wood all winter. I'm sure the house

smells from wood smoke to someone who doesn't live here. This afternoon I'm going to open a few windows, and air the house out.

13. It is a glorious 48 degrees, sunny & no wind to speak of.

I had 2 windows open for 15 minutes for fresh air

5. I have a nasty head cold and stayed home from work.

I'm eating Pastina and feel somewhat relieved.

10. Postscript: my sinuses are slowly clearing.

I read that the schmalz (chicken fat) and garlic have some influence.

Steak and eggs. The eggs have chopped spinach in them. Toasted English muffin half.
