Storm came in last night and knocked out our power. When I woke up this morning l was glad to see they got it back up..

3. Late lunch

Some of my dad’s friends from the Navy visited. So
Will be rice, beets & carrots, red spinach (common in these parts, never seen it in the US) etc.

Still nailing down my new routine to move ahead.

6. Breakfast sandwich

Cream cheese, red onion, cucumber, tomato, on toasted English muffin.
Hot raspberry lemon tea.

7. 2 waffles with butter/ maple syrup.....

coffee/ sumatra.....2 slices bacon.

8. take along say something like a muffin

and more lovely water or orange juice for after labs are drawn...you will need it ....
