I have an eggnog pie and chocolate cream with peppermint crunch topping. I need a fruit pie for my husband. Something with coconut "snow"?

(29,098 posts)You can always make a banana cream pie with coconut on top. I've also heard tell of pineapple pie.....I think that would be lovely with some coconut whipped cream. Alas I don't have recipes but I'm sure the google does.

(2,012 posts)I love mincedmeat pie with whipped cream. When I went to visit an Oklahoma farm family they were really proud of their real mincedMEAT pie made with pork and beef. OK for dinner, not for dessert!
