(10,143 posts)Chicken pieces dredged in flour and browned in butter, baked with a honey-soy-lemon-garlic glaze. Made once before, yum! Baked potatoes and broccoli.
My regular grocery store no longer sells cut-up whole chickens, only packs of drumsticks, thighs, etc. Thankfully the other store I go to once in a while still sells them and it was on sale.

(4,243 posts)but I'm having store bought frozen lasagna. I've been a little under the weather lately. I don't feel like cooking and I'm craving lasagna. I just happened to have one in the freezer.

(179,347 posts)but watch the horizon! First time I crossed the Channel, it was rough and most everyone was seasick. It was awful! Me, I had to quit drinking beer because the bathrooms were not usable.

(146,218 posts)Today, however, we are tied up and I just retreated back under the covers and stayed in a twilight zone.
The big mistake I made was getting on the computer for awhile.

(14,492 posts)First time making this, but I have had the recipe many times when my friend made it. Haven't seen her much lately (life goes on), so I made it for myself. Turned out great!

(43,528 posts)Scallions, carrots, chicken, gnocchi, half 'n half, chicken broth. It was quite delicious and I had numerous cups but then I woke up around four a.m. and was hungry.
So my next course was cole slaw which I made up fresh at 4 a.m. and which I made with Napa cabbage. And a half a cheese sammich on pumpernickel with chipotle dressing.
Thyme tea and a tangerine for dessert.
