Having about 30 people over for dinner. It's going to be a zoo. But everyone brings a dish and helps out. So it shouldn't be too bad.

And some whole wheat walnut bread to dip.

I'm not Orthodox, but I love lamb. Oven-roasted potatoes and onions and yellow beans to go with it.

First time I ever made dinner for the triplets' father, it was lamb. I was because he's of Greek ancestry and a professional chef. And I couldn't use garlic because it made my mother sick.

Anyway, it turned out all right and the triplets' father (to be, at that point) was complimentary.

Guacamole blended with hummus. Homemade dip chips.

Otherwise I'll probably walk downtown, there's Cinco de Mayo BBQ at the mission.

Creamed spinach into brown rice with sauteed mushrooms in a wine sauce.

Not too bad at all.
