Be sure to pick up the baby squash...They are in the cold veg area in cello bags. Little patty pans and zucchini's. I just roasted them up with salt, pepper and EVOO....Boy are they good!

Now I either sauté them with some garlic and soy sauce or grill them. Much better and healthier.

I picked up a little at the grocery store since I had it on my mind. I enjoyed walking in the cold zone in any case. I will hang out there regularly this summer.

I like it sautéed like you did, and maybe some thyme or fresh marjoram.
