What's for Dinner ~ Sunday May 12th

1. Herb crusted Salmon

And maybe grilled vegetables.

2. sausage bean spinach pasta soup

picked up some jalapeno sausages on sale last week and figured that would be a good vehicle for them. haven't yet decided whether i'll use white or kidney beans, but i've got all day.

i do have to get the loaf of bread going, though.

3. It's Mother's Day.. i.e.:

Not my Job today!

4. Not a clue. Meeting my sister for a picnic lunch, she's picking up deli stuff...

5. Shared panini (chicken, prosciutto, veggie), potato salad, yam salad, avos, PB cookies, ice tea

Enough left over for another meal each, at least.

The panini were good, especially the prosciutto, and the yam salad was killer - cubed yams, olive oil, red onion, parsley, honey, dijon mustard.

7. Filet Mignon, bernaise sauce, green beans, scalloped potatoes, peaches.

8. Went to the triplets' house.

Barbecued hamburgers and chicken, salad, corn, potato chips and a Portillo's chocolate cake. especially for the dessert.

9. chili beans and rice

I'm cooking it now. Dinner at midnight, pro'lly.
