Ah. Macadamia oil. What a find.

Friend came by with a little bottle of macadamia oil. "Got this as a gift. I'll never use this but it looks like something you'd try."

And I did. Simple Muenster cheeseburger cooked in the oil. Oriental style ginger salad on the side. Great combo of flavors.

And, Ortiz just hit a home run. BoSox up 7-4.

Good all around.
