BBQ basting sauce for chicken, pork. So simple.

Make as much as you need.
I used 1/4 stick of butter, 1/3 cup of vinegar (gourmet, apple cider, white distilled. whatever) for a couple of small pork tenderloins.
And garlic.
Powdered, fresh smashed, whatever.
Salt.

Baste the meat while it's grilling.
These little tenderloins come two to a package.
I butterflied one and cooked the other one whole.
We'll see...
