Also, chopped up my portion of a monster Cauliflower Mushroom in the freezer... It's been a bumper season, for sure...

This will be new for me, and I already want to do some kale… I'll have to look up what chanterelles are…

The only thing I don't like about it is, there's no power switch… if it's plugged in, it's running. I'm probably going to hook it up to a surge protector with a switch.
