Ruth Reichl tweets a very strange recipe Indeed

I'm trying not to bake.... but I'd love to know how this recipe comes out. Butterscotch Pudding cake with no eggs and very little fat.

1. Hmmm...its a lot like a cobbler recipe that I have made before

sort of like this one:

So I am thinking it could work, but will be more like cobbler, texture wise...
