1. Mac and cheese with hot dogs cut into it and a salad with celery and tomatoes.

It's the end if the month and I my food budget was turned upside down by Thanksgiving, so something had to give.

2. shrimp scampi, stuffed mushrooms, baked potato. nt

3. Sweet & sour chicken, green beans w/ almonds, rice.

4. Pizza with salmon, caramelized onions, and artichokes.

5. Falafel patties, tzatziki, pita, feta, kalamata olives and baba ghanouj

Might as well pretend I am in the Mediterranean! Here comes another snow storm just in time for Thanksgiving.

6. More roast beef -- it was a five-pound roast.

7. Pork loin and wild rice

Side salad for me. TMan is going to have some of the pork loin and some sweet potato fries. Maddie is having spaghetti with meat sauce.

8. Leftover spicy noodles with pork stir-fry.

9. Pork stew

with onion rolls. It was so outrageously good, especially since we had all come in from the bitter cold.

A little red wine.

Chocolate cookies for dessert.

Suffering through a series of seizures by my border collie. No fun.
