Birthday Surprise - Muscovy Duck Breast

For my birthday today (yes, thank you) my mother had ordered a Muscovy duck breast (guessing 2+ pounds) because she knows I like to cook duck.

Of course, it's right before Thanksgiving so I don't know where (time-wise) I'm going to cook this thing, but I damned well will cook it because I'd hate to see it go to waste or get frozen. I also refuse to go down the Turducken road.

My real question is, what should I do with it? I'm used to cooking whole ducks (of the generic American duck that everyone eats) but I've never had such a large boneless breast of what should be an excellent variety of duck. How can I do it service?

Thanks

And sorry, no advice on the duck. I haven't cooked on in years.
