now comes the good part left overs

I love me some open faced turkey sandwiches with mashed spuds and gravy,
and turkey ala king, wife will take stuffing and make muffins out of them and fill em
with turkey. oh so good.

because turkey is such an incredibly bland meat that it needs a lot of help, something it gets when people are trying to disguise it as much as possible until it's gone.

The week after Thanksgiving saw turkey sandwiches in my lunch box. Loved 'em.

Melt lots of butter in skillet and keep scraping up brown bits into the potatoes. I always make lots of extra mashed for this purpose. Serve with salt shaker for extra yummy and unhealthy.

Chopped leftover white meat, chopped celery and green olives, real mayo, on white toast. Way better than yesterday's hot turkey.
