3. chicken soup with tortellinis

And lots of carrots, leeks, and celery. The tortellini is made fresh.

I am making breaded zucchini half-moons for a side dish.

All of this will be for late dining, as I am taking my class to a play tonight at 7:30. Will have this waiting when I arrive at home.

went to Trader Joe's today. Have assorted mediterranean olives, Columbus low-sodium salami, a ciabatta loaf with kalamata, frozen mango cubes, pistachios, and pomegranate greek yogurt.

Obviously still using leftovers from Thanksgiving. That will go on for awhile since I made a turkey and a ham.
