Been on a green smoothie diet for a week. My body has been reset. I cheated last night

and had pizza. I didn't enjoy the experience. I can live this way. Losing a pound a week is healthy. Figuring out smoothie recipes is fun.

Does anybody have smoothie recipes they want to share?

My parents liked the one I made tonight: 4 handfuls kale, 1 1/2 mangos, 1 can coconut milk, 1 tsp cardamom spice, 10 dates for sweetness and flax seed.

Bummer, it was free about a week ago and the recipes sound great. Today it's still only $2.99.

You don't need to own a Kindle, because Amazon also has a free Kindle reader application you can download and read it on your computer. Directions at Amazon here: http://www.amazon.com/gp/feature.html/ref=sv_kstore_3?ie=UTF8&docId=1000493771
