We found a package of cow in the freezer a couple of days ago, got to use it tonight.

4. Teriyaki Chicken - from an outfit called Evolfoods.

Frozen, labeled organic, fwiw.

Brown rice, chicken, broccoli, carrots, red & green bell peppers, honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sea salt.

On sale at the local market. We'll see.

I have no clue what else. Maybe a mushroom risotto.

I made it because I wanted to try Trader Joe's whole-wheat pizza dough.

...with lots of goodies from the farmers market in it, along with salami bits, olives, cubes of mozzarella, some grated parm and a splash of lemon juice with the vinaigrette
