(179,329 posts)Yeah, I love the taste too and miss having the ability to do so -- no place to have a grill here.

(106,886 posts)Lathered the tilapia fillets w/ black pepper and curry powder, set aside.
Veggie stock, carrots, onion, celery, garlic, peas, cilantro, mild green curry paste. Simmered till veggies just got a bit soft.
Brought to a boil, tossed the fillets in for 3 minutes. Turned off the heat, pulled the fillets, covered the soup. Ran the tilapia under the broiler for ~ 3 minutes, till browned and flaky.
Plated the fillets with the strained veggies. Broth on the side with shredded celery tops and basil as a soup of sorts. Curry x 2.

(2,016 posts)I'm not sure what will be on the menu. Considering the hosts are from Australia, I'm hoping for grilled leg of lamb.

(43,502 posts)The sausages are turkey and from WF, my favorite. The sauce is what I made the other day with my 12 lbs of tomatoes! It is such a hearty sauce.
Probably a salad, too, using greens from the garden, where I have been working most of the day.
