In a rush between classes, but had a minute to start the thread, so here goes...

1. Probably an omelette, and a piece of fruit for dessert.

we still had leftover pork from the crock pot thing we did before the stew, so I cubed it, boiled some eggs, and chopped the lettuce.

Of course, I've still got several days worth of stew for lunch to finish off, thbt. Leftovers all week.

Late Summer Tomato Nectarine Pasta from Thug Kitchen. I saw it on FB, had all the ingredients (except substituted peaches for nectarines, as they were on hand). The whole recipe was done in 15 minutes, and it was delicious.

"Go grab some g*ddamn nectarines and make this pasta while you still can, before all-pumpkin-everything season starts."



I bookmarked this one, because I'm crazy for nectarines, especially the unripe (hard) white ones.

7. Breaded pork chops

and yeah, applesauce. Mashed spuds with sour cream and green onion, and steamed green beans.

And a nectarine! (see above).
