What's the best way to reheat a tuna steak?

The restaurant cooked it perfectly. Seared on the outside and rare on the inside. I don't want to overcook it. So how should I reheat it? Quickly in a non-stick pan?

Mayo, a touch (and I mean a drop) of liquid smoke, maybe some fresh dill, parsley or cut up onion. Get some rye bread, a good dark beer and man, you got good eats.

Not quite as rare, but it doesn't overcook.

because dry tuna = sawdust.

Or I'd turn it into a tuna salad. You are just not going to get the same texture it had when it was freshly cooked.

Some things reheat well. Fish never does.

Whatever you do to warm it up, you are very likely to overcook it.

Get some soy sauce, wasabi and ginger, slice it very thin and savor every bite.

It was so raw that cooking it for a few minutes per side actually improved the flavor and texture of the tuna.
