I'm pretty good at baking and candy-making, but the divinity recipe I try each year always lets me down. I need a good (tried and tested) recipe. TIA

Unfortunately, I haven't had much luck with it since I moved to Florida. Same thing with pralines! I usually just buy them ready made at a fancy-schmancy store.

That said, Paula Deen's recipe looks much like the one I used to make all the time very successfully!
