What's for dinner? Monday Jan 26th.

We are about to get snowed in and they sent us home from work, so I'm making salads.

Well fruit salads...

Mostly grapes in the fruit salads...

Ok...

It's all grapes...

Wine... I'm drinking wine...

No clue what's for dinner yet. I have a boar roast in the fridge I may take a stab at.

1. Pork Roast

Seasoned with garlic, salt & pepper. Seared on stove top then plopped it into the crock pot with carrots and celery. Will also be having gravy, mashed rutabagas, mashed potatoes and corn niblets to go with.

Haven't made one in a while....was just in the mood.

Smells so so yummy right now, but it's got a few hours to go yet.

2. Lasagna, salad, and garlic bread

3. Yukon gold potatoes, grillers prime veggie burger

And hydroponically grown salad greens with cashew tamari dressing.

Coconut ice cream type dessert of the chocolate hazelnut fudge persuasion.
