The kind you buy in plastic at the supermarket, already cut up, once you open the package and refrigerate them?

Maybe add some water to the package (or put them in a resealable container) so they don't dehydrate

All of the bagged carrots I buy are dated.

My rule is if it doesn't give you a signal that it's bad, it's probably good.
