but a friend made cauliflower 'something' today. Will try it soon. I don't know WHY it wouldn't taste good, as cauliflower taste is mild, so flavor would depend on the other ingredients.

the way chefs are slicing cauliflower length-wise into flat "filets" for lack of
a better term. I tried that and sauteed it and it came out great.
