Trout Almandine

Ingredients
2 trout fillets
butter
olive oil
slivered almonds
2 cups milk
fresh squeezed lemon juice
dash of Worcestershire
salt & pepper to taste
1 1/2 c flour

Directions
Soak trout fillets in milk for and hour or so. Remove and dredge in flour. Saute in a large frying pan in olive oil and a pat of butter, flesh side down. Flip and cook skin side down for a minute or two longer. Meanwhile heat 1/3 stick of butter in a small pan and brown 1/2 c almonds. Turn off heat and add a dash of Worcestershire and some freshly squeezed lemon to the butter. Pour over trout and serve immediately.
