Trying to figure out some type of Chinese recipe with beef and peppers.
Either that or sausage-stuffed peppers. I have about 8 gorgeous red peppers!

Geez, I was disappointed with the Bellagio buffet in Vegas. Certainly not of a "wow" factor as it used to have. Time to find another buffet next time I'm out that way. I hear the Wynn is good.

Blue cheese, cold chicken, macaroni and cheese, tostado shells and blackberries. A virtual smorgasbord!
I'd go for the sausage stuffed peppers if I was you. I love those.
