Ben and Nicki make ICE CREAM (easy)!

What a fun activity when you can see and taste the results!

All you need:
1. 1 pint of Heavy Whipping Cream
(Beat until peaks form)
2. 14oz can of Condensed Milk
3. And your flavor!
We chose strawberry with a Symphony toffee almond bar to have a chocolate covered strawberries effect *yum*

Saran wrap the top and let it freeze overnight.

Enjoy!

P.S. Testing out the Samsung Galaxy 6 camera and Videoshow app!

I didn't whip the cream and I used macerated strawberries only for flavor. I chilled the mixture for several hours in the fridge, then I churned it in an ice cream maker and put it in the freezer overnight to harden.

I don't think the results are as good as ice cream made from custard, but it was quite good and a lot less work.
