Here is the silicone mold set I used:

The three molds will handle one batch just fine. I was able to fill all the molds except the big robot man on the green mold, which I got about half full.

Instead of ascorbic acid, I used citric acid because I keep it on hand for other uses. I used 8g of this to give the gummies a sour flavor to compliment the sweet. Citric acid and ascorbic acid are basically the same except the former does not contain vitamin C and the latter does. Both can be used to give a sour flavor. This container contains 170g so at 8g per batch this would go a long ways. Ascorbic acid is also widely available so search for that if you want to supplement vitamin C.
