Cold tomato soup for an appetizer.Asian pineapple slaw with caramelized peanuts on the top.
Cold chicken from my cookout on Memorial Day, where I made more of the fiery Asian drumsticks.
Dessert will be fruit salad.
All of this will be easy as I already have some tomatoes I cooked, so it will be a snap for the cold soup. It's 84 with nearly 60% humidity here in Jersey, so there's no desire to heat up the kitchen. And I can use the extra time to work on my garden!
