Scallop pasta

Ingredients
3/4 pound scallops
1 large leek, chopped
1 c roasted red peppers, chopped
1/3 c white wine
1/2 c chicken broth
1/2 pound spaghetti
black pepper to taste
grated parmesan

Directions
Saute leeks in a bit of olive oil until soft. Add red peppers and heat through. Then add wine and broth, season with black pepper and simmer for a few minutes. In a separate frying pan, sear scallops over high heat until lightly browned. Meanwhile cook pasta until el dente. Add scallops to leek mixture and serve over pasta.
