Back in the day when Food & Wine was a good read, this chef was a major reason.

I just figured, why not support the first edition (which I hope gets support, as I linked to Facebook) for an upcoming opportunity to give a great gift while getting an electronic version for me? Maybe I'll be stingy and keep both!

I sure hope people support this guy's work.
