What's for Dinner, Thurs., Dec. 3, 2015

A vegetarian sandwich using a recipe by Mollie Katzen. It's called "Broccoli and Friends," and it's just chopped broccoli, garlic, onion, and thyme. I use a low-carb whole wheat tortilla shell instead of sandwich bread.

Sometimes I put cheese over it, but it's good even without it.

I think I'll dice it up, put it in a skillet with celery, onions, peas n' carrots, garlic and the rest of the gravy. Served over mashed spuds. (i.e. - pot "pie" style.) That ought'a finish it!
