Egg tacos

The only thing that i am good at is egg tacos--super easy and it's a good college meal.

Scramble some eggs, put in as many kinds of cheese as you have, add chopped up zuchini, kale, and tomato. Then add some coffee creamer to make it fluffy.

Warm up some tortillas in the oven and roll them all up! Add salsa and sour cream on top!

For meat eaters, a little spicy chorizo is a great addition

Try adding o'brian style potatoes, they come frozen, all you need to do fry them until they are browned, I usually add fresh onion and peppers if I have them.

When you scramble eggs, leave the milk stuff out and cook them on a really low temp. Once they start cooking keep them moving in the pan. Take them off the heat when they still look kinda moist. They should turn out with a strong yellow color and will taste amazing.
