I'm going to warm up some pizza and make a salad.
Now: out to the garden! (This is why leftovers are great.) It's a beautiful--perfect--day here in the northeast. I'll be out there 'til the sun goes down!

Can't remember when I first heard it. Roast beast goes back to childhood; a friend used it.

I made chicken flavored rice by substituting chicken stock for water (along with salt, pepper, butter) and it came out much better than I expected. The picky 12 year old when nuts over it. Even my biggest food critic (wife) loved the meal.
