done in the oven. The last of the spud salad, and something to do with Brussels sprouts. Maybe I'll just roast those too with any leftover glaze.

with brown rice, black beans, onions, cilantro and a bit of the leftover pulled pork, mixed with diced tomatoes and baked with grated parnesam cheese on top. One of the Retrograde standards.

I love them. I, too, like to stuff them. I usually stuff mine with chicken. However, they make a salad extra special when chopped.
