And was hoping you'd post it, and if you didn't, I would!

So many of my favorites here! I want to try the General Tso's, but I don't want to have to buy potato starch. Maybe the RG can suggest a substitute.

Sesame noodles, club sandwiches, fried zucchini--lots of fun stuff here.

Buy a small box of instant mashed potatoes - if it isn't fine enough. just throw some in a (clean) coffee grinder and give it a whirl.

Instant potato starch!

someone else fix.

Any time I see a recipe that includes a tablespoon or so of tomato paste, I sigh and stop reading. Tomato paste is not something I normally keep around, and if I did, to open a can just to use one tablespoon is absurd.

I put a tablespoon or two in a snack size bag. They keep quite nicely.

I might consider that next time I see a recipe calling for a tablespoon of tomato paste.

which has a screw cap. It keeps in the fridge for months, and you only take what you need.

I gave up on canned paste years ago, thanks to the tube!
