1. Zucchini. Zuccchini and baked beans. Fried zucchini. Grilled zucchini.

Eggs and zucchini. Eggs, sausage, spam and zucchini. Spam, bacon, eggs and zucchini. Zucchini quiche. Zucchini, spam and tomato pie.

It has gotten to this point. I like zucchini, but I like yellow squash better. My 6 yr. old niece LOVES zucchini, so her parents planted about 10 plants which, as everyone who is not a commercial grower knows, is way too many. The parents and brother don't even like squash! So I guess the deer, raccoons, and possums will get a good fill of zucchini. I give it away to friends and try to preserve as much as possible, but it turns into baseball bats overnight.

If you set sail, I guess we can assume it will be in a zucchini boat.
