is great. Martha Stewart has one online using onions, cooked asparagus, salt and chicken or vegetable stock in the blender.

Use only the white part, or white and green part, of the leek. I've made it twice so far this summer, always to rave reviews.

I made a few batches my self and really enjoyed it! Perfect for not turning on the stove or oven! It's been 104-107 degrees down here for a few days!

Tonight I am planning on a chilled chopped salad with cold pasta!
