What's for Dinner, Sun., Aug. 7, 2016

Sausages (from TJs) made with spinach, mushrooms, and feta cheese. Onion marmalade to go with.

Grilled eggplant with lemon-tahini sauce. The sauce also has coriander in it.

Steak salad made with baby romaine, both red and green, and red onion. Grilled NY strip for the steak, and blue cheese dressing and blue cheese crumbles on top.

the day--after church lets out. I don't go to church, but I do worship in the kitchen while preparing the meal for my family. We had grilled lemon/garlic/mediterranean chicken thighs, buttered small red potatoes, butterbeans, citrus kale salad, tomato/cucumber salad, biscuits, and peach cobbler.
