From Peter Reinhart's Artisan Breads Every Day, made with 100% unbleached white bread flour.

TOP: Recipe yields five small baguettes. BOTTOM: You can't beat large salt crystals for their visual impact.

I'd love to post the recipe but the motherdough instructions are a few pages alone (and I'm a hunt-and-peck typist). If you're interested in breadmaking I guess this is a good beginners book. There are probably dozens of others out there too. This is the book I started with.
