What's for Dinner, Thurs., Sept. 29, 2016

I'm craving--craving, I tell you!--a big green salad. I have fresh greens and endive to mix in. Also fresh red peppers, green peppers, and scallions. Lots of other fresh veggies, too, like cucumber and celery.

I have a chicken from Whole Foods to roast, also. As long as I'm heating up the oven, I think I'll put in some yellow cherry tomatoes to roast, along with some roasted Brussels sprouts, too. Maybe I'll do the Brussels sprouts with balsamic.

Dessert: rice pudding with bananas and whipped cream.

that sounds like a terrific situation. We will look forward to hearing about some of your "at-home" menus.
