What's for Dinner, Thurs., Dec. 1, 2016

Chicken cutlets with romesco sauce, I hope. The RG is on his way home from the airport and is picking it up on his way. I like the cutlets breaded.

I also suggested we have my roasted red peppers with burrata cheese and basil.

However, if he sees something that gets his creative brain stirring when he goes to the store, who knows what we'll have.

It's pretty good for convenience food!

Anyway, now you've got me thinking Indian, so that may be on the agenda for the weekend.

...but I think I'm losing Soup and crackers for me tonight, and probably a trip to the doctor tomorrow. It's moved to my chest and is starting to feel like the dreaded bronchitis. Enjoy whatever the RG prepares. It always sounds scrumptious

I wish I could make you up a big batch of chicken soup and bring it to your house.

Do go to the doctor. You never know, it could turn into pneumonia.
